During the therapeutic process, you will have the opportunity for healing, growth and transformation. We may explore emotions, existential and behavioural issues, or chronic suffering. I work with you to gain a deeper level of self-understanding in order to overcome core issues that may be limiting you from living a balanced and meaningful life. The aim of psychotherapy is to support your increased awareness and choice, and facilitate your development and well-being.
THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS
The therapeutic journey involves individual sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Each session takes place over Skype or Zoom and runs for 50-minutes.
We schedule an initial consultation to have an open discussion about you, your current concerns, your expectations and hopes for the future. After the initial consultation, we can set a time-frame for the therapeutic process that can be reviewed at any point.
